Our Apricot Purée uses the Bergeron variety of Apricot. Bergeron Apricots are sourced in teh Rhone Valley, France.
Renowned for their great colour, aroma and natural sweetness, they are used in the famous Bergeron Jam preserve.
A versatile puree, apricot mixes well with all spirits including Rum, Gin and Cognac to give cocktails a vibrant colour and full mouthfeel.
